The program emphasizes personal growth, responsibility, and successful reintegration into society, boasting a 100% job placement success rate. Located in an industrial area, it offers easy access to nearby job opportunities.

Always innovating and building, I spearheaded the development of multiple start-up organizations: Kyntenio, Conversation Research Institute, and Real Estate Agent Shield. Focusing on driving innovation, we forged strategic partnerships to deliver groundbreaking solutions in technology, communication, and real estate sectors.

Kyntenio, named after the Latin "contineo" meaning "connections," and reflecting our Kentucky roots, is a startup I co-founded. As a three-partner firm, we focused on fostering business community relations and providing education and enablement through a variety of consulting, carrier, and data center services.
Conversation Research Institute, a startup I co-founded, refined market research by treating social media as focus groups. We specialized in advanced data hygiene and social listening, crafting the first sociometric reports for brand development.
